Purchase Terms
Purchases, Pricing, Payment, and Delivery
How orders are placed, paid for, confirmed, and delivered.
Prices, currencies, discounts, inclusions, payment plans, and product descriptions are shown on the applicable product or checkout page. Unless stated otherwise, prices include any taxes that KickStart Trading is required to collect. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product, currency, and price shown at checkout are correct before completing payment.
Payments may be processed by Airwallex, Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce, or another disclosed payment provider. The payment provider may apply its own security, authentication, fraud-prevention, privacy, and payment-processing terms. KickStart Trading does not store full payment-card details.
A contract is formed when payment is successfully authorised and we provide an order confirmation, access confirmation, or other acceptance of the order. We may decline, cancel, or refund an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, sanctions or compliance concern, product unavailability, or another lawful reason.
Digital products are normally delivered immediately after successful payment by account creation, enrolment, email confirmation, or access through the KickStart Trading member platform. Customers should contact us promptly if access is not received or does not work as described.
Coaching, live sessions, or scheduled services may require separate booking. The applicable sales page, checkout page, booking confirmation, or written offer will state the scope, timing, and any rescheduling terms.
Refunds & Cancellation
Refund, Cancellation, and Digital Content Policy
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Important digital-content notice
Where you ask us to provide digital content or immediate online access during any applicable cancellation period, we may ask for your express consent to begin supply immediately and your acknowledgement that the statutory right to cancel may be lost once supply begins.
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation and refund rights under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to digital content or services that are faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
For digital courses, memberships, downloads, recordings, tools, and other online content, refunds are considered in accordance with applicable law and the specific offer terms shown before purchase. Where immediate access has been expressly requested and supply has begun, a change-of-mind cancellation right may no longer apply.
Where a statutory cancellation right still applies, customers should notify us within the applicable period by emailing [email protected] and clearly identifying the purchaser, order, product, and request. Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
For coaching and scheduled services, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Unless a product-specific policy states otherwise, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as used, except where applicable law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise in writing.
Promotional discounts, bonuses, funded-account products, and third-party products may be subject to additional provider-specific terms. Where a third party is the merchant or contracting provider, that provider’s refund and cancellation policy applies.
To request support, cancellation, or a refund, email [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and may ask for reasonable information needed to verify the order and assess the request.
Recurring Services
Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
Terms that apply where a product renews automatically.
Where a product is sold as a subscription, the checkout page will state the billing interval, price, initial term, any trial or introductory period, and how renewal works. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges using the selected payment method until cancellation.
You may cancel future renewal through the available account controls or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for a billing period already started, except where applicable law or the specific offer terms require otherwise.
We may change subscription pricing or features by giving notice where required. Material changes will not be applied contrary to mandatory consumer law.
Agreement
Acknowledgement and Agreement
Your agreement when using this website or purchasing our services.
By using the services offered by KickStart Trading Ltd, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to these terms and policies. Use of educational material, market commentary, tools, webinars, messages, and related information is at your own risk and subject to the limitations set out below.
No guarantee of performance, profitability, funded-account approval, payout, withdrawal, or anticipated return is offered. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Nothing provided by KickStart Trading constitutes a solicitation or recommendation to trade Forex, futures, CFDs, digital assets, securities, or any other financial instrument.
Educational Use
Educational and Professional Advice Disclaimer
KickStart Trading provides education, not personalised regulated advice.
All information and material provided by KickStart Trading is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not personalised investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or professional advice of any kind.
Our material is not based on your individual financial circumstances, objectives, experience, risk tolerance, or personal situation. You should seek appropriately qualified independent advice where required.

Trading Risk
Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading and leveraged products can result in substantial loss.
Trading foreign exchange, futures, CFDs, commodities, indices, digital assets, securities, and other financial products involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for every person. You may lose some or all of your capital, and losses in certain products or jurisdictions may be substantial.
Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Market volatility, liquidity, gaps, slippage, execution delays, connectivity failures, platform outages, broker rules, and economic or political events may materially affect outcomes.
You should trade only if you understand the relevant instrument, contractual relationships, order types, margin requirements, liquidation risk, and the full extent of your exposure. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
Electronic Trading Risks
Electronic systems may be affected by response times, market conditions, access failures, software defects, system performance, data errors, cybersecurity events, and internet connectivity. KickStart Trading is not responsible for the operation of third-party brokers, exchanges, funding providers, data providers, or trading platforms.
Funding Programmes
Funding Provider and Affiliate Disclosure
Third-party trader funding products are governed by the relevant provider.
KickStart Trading may provide access to third-party trader funding opportunities, including programmes supplied by Prop Account, LLC and related providers. KickStart Trading may act as an affiliate and may receive a commission, referral fee, rebate, revenue share, or other commercial benefit.
Funding assessments, account rules, fees, platforms, payout conditions, trader contracts, KYC requirements, and provider-specific policies are supplied by the relevant third party. KickStart Trading does not guarantee approval, funded-account access, trading performance, payouts, withdrawals, profits, or continued eligibility.

We may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue website features, educational content, tools, promotions, or services. Where a material change affects a paid product, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
Reasonable limits that do not exclude rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KickStart Trading is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on educational material, third-party services, market activity, or unauthorised account use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
Results
Testimonials and Results
Individual outcomes vary.
Testimonials, case studies, funded-account outcomes, payouts, or performance examples may not be representative of typical users. Individual results vary and depend on many factors, including experience, discipline, market conditions, risk management, and provider rules.
No representation is made that a user will achieve profits, payouts, approvals, withdrawals, or results comparable to those shown.
